Last Updated: 3/13/2024

Before utilizing the WhatAct.com website (referred to as the “Service”) provided by It’s Just Social LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”), please carefully review these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Your access to and usage of the Service is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. They are applicable to all visitors, users, and anyone else wishing to use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you are not permitted to access the Service.

Business to Business

By utilizing WhatAct.com, you assert that you are a business owner and affirm that transactions conducted through this service are business to business, not business to consumer. Our services are exclusively offered to businesses. When subscribing, you guarantee that the transaction is indeed business to business.

Communications

Upon creating an Account on our service, you consent to receiving newsletters, marketing materials, and other related information from us. However, you retain the option to unsubscribe from any or all of these communications by following the provided unsubscribe link or instructions in any email received from us.

Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are available through subscription plans (“Subscriptions”). Subscribers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (“Billing Cycle”).

At the end of each Billing Cycle, Subscriptions automatically renew under the same conditions unless canceled by you or by WhatAct.com. You can cancel Subscription renewals through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

To process Subscription payments, a valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. By submitting payment information, you authorize ArtistTalentPool.com to charge Subscription fees incurred through your account.

In the event of failed automatic billing, WhatAct.com will issue an electronic invoice with instructions for manual payment within a specified deadline.

Fee Changes

WhatAct.com reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at its discretion and at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of fee changes, allowing you to terminate your Subscription before the changes become effective. Your continued use of the Service following fee changes constitutes acceptance of the modified fees.

Refunds

Requests for Subscription refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of WhatAct.com. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Content

The Service enables you to share various forms of content. You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any Content posted through the Service. By posting Content, you assert that you own or have the right to use the Content and grant us the necessary rights and licenses.

We do not permit Content promoting hatred, racism, or divisiveness. WhatAct.com reserves the right to remove user Content at its discretion. If your Content is removed, you may be entitled to a refund.

You retain all rights to your Content but grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute it through the Service.

When creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the provided information is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and must notify us of any unauthorized account usage.
