WhatAct.com operates on a subscription model. New subscribers have the option to cancel their subscription within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, regardless of the reason. After this initial period, refunds are only available in cases of internal errors. Your registered card will be charged monthly for the service. To cancel your subscription, you can either utilize the My Account Dashboard or get in touch with us directly. Upon cancellation, you retain access to WhatAct.com until the end of your current billing cycle. Details regarding the upcoming billing date and amount can be viewed in the dashboard.
