Steps on Broadway, the internationally recognized dance training center located on the Upper Westside, is searching for candidates for the position of Director of Marketing & Communications. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker with the drive to make a substantial positive impact on the organizations programs, including virtual and in-person open classes, the children’s programs and the professional training programs.

Candidates should have a mastery of marketing and communications best practices, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be able manage numerous campaigns concurrently and effectively, have substantial video and social media marketing experience, and be able to demonstrate a record of success with increasing revenues. Candidates should also have strong experience managing a team of internal and external/freelance personnel.

Steps is looking for candidates with an enthusiastic, outgoing, confident, self-directed personal style who possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.Successful candidates will need to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external partners, including the Executive Director, Managing Director, Director of Studio Operations, program directors, and faculty.
