Our client, a thriving financial firm located in midtown is looking to hire a Floater Executive Assistant for a Long Term , Temporary role!
This is a very vital role in the firm as you will learn and work with all the teams in the company. Responsibilities to include:
· Scheduling meetings
· Calendar mgmt.
· Booking travel both domestic and international, arranging for car service
· Preparing detailed itineraries
· Preparing and Processing expenses,
· Composing correspondence, responding to e-mails
· Answering calls
· Meeting/greeting guests and any ad hoc projects that need assistance.
· Should be proficient with MS Office
· 1-2 years of previous corporate office experience as an assistant
· Flexibility with responsibilities
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
