Salary Range: $1,250.00 - $1,300.00/week
Office: Foresight Theatrical (1650 Broadway, Suite 800, New York, NY 10019)
Theatre: Music Box Theatre (239 W 45th St, New York, NY 10036)
Schedule: 40+ hours/week, including nights and weekends

Dorian Broadway LP is seeking an Assistant Company Manager for the Broadway production of The Picture of Dorian Gray. The ACM will serve as a key individual within the company, working collaboratively with the general managers, company manager, and executive producer to ensure a successful, equitable, and inclusive production.
We are seeking someone who is a true self-starter, a multi-tasker, and able to prioritize responsibilities. Candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, cultural fluency, creative problem-solving skills, empathetic leadership, someone who embodies a positive outlook and assumes positive intent, and a track record of on-their-feet problem solving. Candidates must be proactive and exhibit clear communication skills, the ability to be a team player, and work both collaboratively and independently.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Represent the company and company manager at the theatre during the run of the show.
•Working with stage management, company management, and general management to ensure rehearsals have all necessary elements needed.
•Tracking and processing of house seat and TONY voter ticket requests from company members (creatives, cast, crew, etc.) and TONY voters.
•Assist in the maintaining of accurate show wrap reporting and other box office reporting as needed.
•Assisting with payroll and paying bills.
•Assisting with budgets, travel, housing, box office programming, and contract drafting.
•Attending meetings with Production and related personnel, including weekly Producer meetings, management meetings, and marketing meetings.
•Maintaining comprehensive files within the company’s shared drive.
•As needed and applicable, assisting with special projects that may include, but are not limited to: Tony Awards ticketing and event logistics, Spring Road Conference events, TV and other press appearances, Audiovisual captures of the Production, etc.
•Assisting the General Manager and Company Manager on other various tasks as needed.

•Prior experience in theatrical industry and in a company/general/stage management capacity.
•Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including demonstrated knowledge in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
•Available for evening and weekend work, as necessary.
•Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to complete assigned tasks.
•Emotional Intelligence - self-regulation, self-awareness, social skills, empathy, and motivation.
•Candidate must be able to manage up and be naturally curious.
•Strong communication and good interpersonal skills; at ease relating to people from varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds; ability to work effectively with teams, up, down and across organizational lines.
