DESCRIPTION

Ticket Producer is a growing ticketing company specializing in theater and live events. We’re looking for an Admin and Operations Team Member with a background in theater and logistics to support day-to-day operations and contribute to our future growth. This role offers the potential to step into a leadership position.

Admin and Operations Team Member:

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily administrative and ticketing operations
- Provide customer support and coordinate with Partners and Staff
- Oversee logistics for ticket distribution and fulfillment
- Assist with tasks like invoicing and reporting
- Ability to continually improve operational processes for greater efficiency

**Qualifications:**

- 2+ years of experience in admin, operations preferred, or logistics (theater or events preferred)
- Very strong organizational and multitasking skill
- Proficiency in Google Work Space ( Docs, Sheets) and the ability to learn new ticketing software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Good team player with the ability to keep good relationships with current team members clients and venues
- Knowledge of the theater district, and theater locations

**Preferred:**

- Theatre industry experience or a passion for live events
- Leadership potential with an interest in growing within the company.
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must

Please note this is an in-person job, the hourly rate is based on experience.


Runner:
Looking for someone who’s resourceful, a problem solver and can think ahead. Driven, focused, and charismatic with a genuine passion for arts and culture. Our ticket runners are quick and efficient when acquiring, and delivering tickets. They manage their time wisely and are able to prioritize under tight deadlines, and are often on their feet for long hours as they get the job done.

Other qualifications include:
-Excellent communication skills.
-A positive, determined and confident approach.
-Proactive and flexible personality with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
-Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
-Knowledge of NYC theater and other entertainment events is preferred.
-Willingness to work OUTDOORS in all weather elements is a must.

Street Team:

Qualifications you’ll need:
-Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
-Willingness to work OUTDOORS in all weather elements.Great attention to detail.
-Knowledge of NYC theater and other entertainment event’s is a plus.
-No Experience Necessary (But sales and communication experience/skills a big PLUS)

-Guaranteed $15/hr Base Pay + Commission - Current team members are making UPWARDS OF $50 AN HOUR!
